SMB has completed research and synthesis of a generic version (SMB-308) of HU-308 at 99.9% less cost. HU-308 is a Cannabinoid Cell Receptor 2 (CB2) ligand that is very similar to Anandamide. It is a research ligand compound that is patented to Professor Raphael Mechoulam. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is an agency of the United States Department of Health and Human Services and is the primary agency of the United States government responsible for biomedical and health-related research. It is the largest Medical Research Organization in the world.
Every human and most living species have an Endocannabinoid System (ECS) that was incredibally only discovered in 1992 by Professor Raphael Mechoulam. (NIH Researcher) This ECS human cellular protective system is 600 million years old and controls most human (cellular) functions. (appetite, mood, memory, pain, etc) All 100 trillion cells in the human body have Cannabinoid Cell Receptors. We have only discovered Cannabinoid Cell Receptor 1 (CB1 in 1988) and CB2 (1992) Cell Receptors. CB3 is the "orphan" cell receptor GPR55 protein cell receptor. Recently discovered, the nucleus is not the "brain" of the human cell; instead, the cell membrane is actually the brain of the human cell. The nucleus is actually the reproductive (cell division) part of the human cell. (Bruce Lipton: NIH Cell Biologist) This is critical because Cannabinoid Cell Receptors are located on cell membranes. Cannabinoids and the Endocannabinoid System tell the human cell "brain" what to do, including cell death in Cancer by Natural Killer (NK) Cell activation. (CB2 Receptors are incredibally located on NK Cells) That means that the brain of the human cell is receiving (DNA) information from external sources. This external source is Cannabinoids. Cannabinoids tell the human cell what to do. We also produce naturally two (and counting) Endocannabinoids (endogenous) called Anandamide and 2AG. (1992/1995: Professor Raphael Mechoulam) Anandamide's discovery ends the debate of Cannabinoid's medical significance. HUMANS PRODUCE CANNABINOIDS (ANANDAMIDE AND 2AG) NATURALLY. This is the medical discovery of the century. A natural human cellular protective system that regulates all human functions (appetite, mood, memory, pain, etc) that was incredibally only discovered in 1992. Modern Medicine will forever be changed for the better by CB2 Cellular targeted novel therapeutics like HU-308. Remember, HU-308 is a pharmacuetical molecular copy of the naturally produced, Anandamide. This patent was then awarded and assigned to the United States of America as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services on October 7, 2003. The patent states that "the invention (CANNABINOIDS) is treatment and prevention (vaccine) for most human diseases including Cancer, Arthritis, Diabetes, and Hepatitis." The United States of America patented the cure/vaccine for all human diseases including Cancer on October 7, 2003. Humans (Cellular) have naturally produced endogenous Cannabinoids (Endocannabinoids) for over 600 million years and it was incredibally only discovered in 1992 by Professor Raphael Mechoulam.
